Dear Pepi,
Here is the promised letter – I don’t have much to say, and the rest you’ve already heard. (The reason for all that was an altercation with the doctor over sedatives.) I have a whole load of new pictures here – a miracle in the present atmosphere. Three (obsolete) pictures were collected yesterday for the exhibition at the German Embassy. That was all I had framed. I’ll telephone again before then.
All best and kind regards to you both (in haste),
Erich
